Biogenic fuels, such as biodiesel and bioheating oil, play an important role both today and in the future. Whether blended with petroleum products (e.g. B30) or in pure form (B100), they represent a good alternative to conventional diesel and heating oil, as long as they do not compete with food or animal feed.
